Get to College.
Graduate.
Think for Yourself.

We address the unexpected financial barriers that can cause capable students to leave college—while helping young people build the critical-thinking skills to navigate digital noise, persuasion, and misinformation.

Practical help. Practical skills.

We don’t just fund good ideas. We build practical solutions.

Too many promising students leave school not because they lack ability, but because an unexpected expense puts completion out of reach. At the same time, young people face a relentless stream of digital persuasion and unvetted information.

We identify these breakdowns, develop research-grounded tools and targeted support, test them in real educational settings, and share what proves useful.

“Will this help a young person make better decisions that improve their life?”

The question guiding every TMW initiative

Two targeted ways we move learning forward.

Community College Completion Grants

The problem

A car repair, textbook bill, equipment cost, or other unexpected expense can be enough to push a capable student out just before the finish line.

Our solution

Working through selected college partners, we provide targeted completion support for academically committed students in healthcare, technology, science, and the skilled trades.

Educational Innovation Lab

The problem

Information is everywhere, but clarity is rare. Young people encounter algorithms, synthetic media, digital persuasion, and health misinformation every day.

Our solution

We develop media modules, educator toolkits, and digital guides designed to help learners examine what they see, spot manipulation, weigh evidence, and reach their own conclusions.

Core areas of exploration
  • AI-generated media and synthetic content
  • Algorithms and social-media influence
  • Health misinformation and body image
  • Digital persuasion and scientific reasoning

Four steps to measurable impact.

  1. 01

    Identify

Pinpoint a specific educational breakdown where a focused intervention could create lasting value.

  2. 02

    Develop

Create research-grounded responses—from completion-grant frameworks to educational media and discussion guides.

  3. 03

    Evaluate

Pilot each program with qualified educational partners and measure what changes before making claims about impact.

  4. 04

    Share

Make successful programs available through schools, colleges, community partners, and open educational resources.

Finding information is easy. Knowing what to trust is hard.

Well-crafted media can make complex ideas understandable, hold attention, and reach learners beyond traditional classroom walls.

Paired with educator tools and structured discussion, it can turn passive viewing into active inquiry and independent judgment.

Media is our tool. Empowered decision-making is our goal.

We measure success by outcomes.

Since 1993, TMW Media Group has reached virtually every school in the United States with award-winning educational media. TMW Media Foundation is a newly established, legally distinct nonprofit organization informed by that educational-media experience—and already at work giving back. As results develop, we will report clearly on what we did and what changed.
