Supporting our work

Contributions are made to TMW Media Foundation, not to TMW Media Group. TMW Media Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity, and contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Donations are generally final and nonrefundable. If a donation was made in error or without authorization, submit a request through our contact form within 15 days. Requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances and whether the funds have already been committed or used.

Donor designations express the donor’s preference, but contributions remain subject to the Foundation’s ultimate control and discretion. If a designated purpose becomes impossible, impracticable, fully funded, or inconsistent with the Foundation’s charitable purposes, the Foundation may apply the contribution to a substantially similar charitable purpose.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no goods or services are provided in exchange for a contribution. When online payment processing is activated, the processor and relevant security and privacy information will be identified before payment details are requested.

Equal treatment

TMW Media Foundation does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, or any other status protected by applicable law. Programs may use legitimate academic, financial-need, geographic, field-of-study, or institutional eligibility requirements consistent with their charitable purposes.

Eligibility and availability

TMW Media Foundation’s completion-support programs are administered in cooperation with participating educational institutions. Students may not be able to apply directly to the Foundation. Eligibility, financial need, academic standing, and other qualifications may be verified by participating institutions.

Funding is limited, and meeting stated criteria does not guarantee assistance. Published program results identify the applicable reporting period and are updated as verified information becomes available.
